general information

• Rates are per day for a minimum 3 day stay. For shorter stays we add a surcharge of 20%. The rates include: bed and kitchen linen, heating, water, gas, electricity and final cleaning.
• A local tourist tax of € 1,35 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day will be added to the final bill.
• Discount
  children up to 6 years are given a discount of 30%
• Deposit
  For reservations we kindly ask to make a deposit of 30% of the total amount via bank transfer. The remaining amount may be paid in cash on site or via bank transfer before departure. We accept payments in cash, bank transfer and cheque.

• Please take note: booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit of confirmation (booking confirmation) and the sending of booking confirmation. Deposits are non refundable in case of cancellation.The following cancellation policies also apply:
• No later than 14 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit is retained. In case of no-show or in case of early departure of the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full. Please inform us in time if you can not start your holiday.
• We recommend that you take out Red Rooster holiday cancellation insurance after booking your stay. This will cover cancellation charges, meaning that you can look forward to your holiday in a more carefree manner. • Check-in
  The apartments are available from 3:30 p.m. (or after consultation)
• Check-out
  9:30 a.m.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Cot and high chair upon request.
